A cafĂ© racer is a light-weight, lightly-powered motorcycle optimized for speed and handling rather than comfort — and optimized for quick rides over short distances. With bodywork and control layout recalling early 1960’s Grand Prix road racing motorcycles, cafĂ© racers are noted for their low slung racing handlebars, prominent seat cowling and elongated fuel tanks, often with indentations to allow the rider’s knees to grip the tank.

The term itself developed among British motorcycle enthusiasts of the early 1960s, specifically the Rocker or “Ton-Up Boys” subculture where the bikes were used for short, quick rides between cafĂ©s — in other words, drinking establishments.

Our latest custom motorcycle – BMW R65

Madame and Monsieur, we present you the newest custom motorcycle from 7seven customs house.

The base was a BMW R65 with 14.000 kilometers on the clock, parts that we disassemble were almost like new, all other parts, that were showing 30+ year old bike, have been restored, painted or newly made, made and designed in house.

It must be said that this is a motorcycle brought to the conversion by the customer and rebuilt according to their wishes. The implementation itself was in our hands. We are very pleased with the look, also the customer is. This is the beauty of our job. At the end we are all happy!

1981 BMW R80 La Crocodille

This is what we were doing last few months. La Crocodille. This 1981 BMW R80 in reality is a new custom motorcycle. Everything to the last bolt was disassembled and renovated. Many custom made parts, many new parts. This is the result, like it or not, we are proud of it. La crocodille!
